Bishop Bob N. Bell, Sr. received his Associate of Theology Degree from the Christian Life School of Theology. He received his Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Emanuel Bible College. May 2006, he received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Central Christian University. He was consecrated as a Bishop March 24, 2007 by Arch Bishop Jimmy Smith of Light of the World International Ministries. He has a Peter’s anointing by the laying on of hands.
In May 1977, he received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and the following year was called into ministry. He began mentoring under the shepherd of Rev. D. J. Jenkins, of Second McCoy Baptist Church, who later assigned him to the Youth Ministry of the church.
In 1979, Bishop Bell served as the Youth Minister of the Springfield Baptist Church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Boyd in Waynesboro, Georgia. In December of 1982, after receiving a vision from God to move to Macon, GA, Bishop Bell planted the Victory Deliverance Evangelistic Church located at 834 Hightower Road which has served God’s Kingdom people for forty years.
At the age of 28, Bishop Bell received the baptism of the Holy Spirit at the Waynesboro Deliverance Evangelistic Church. It was in 1981, that he became a member of this body of believers. Later, Senior Pastor Glenn Wiggins ordained him. Much of his foundational teaching and training was under this covering in association with the Philadelphia Deliverance Evangelistic Church Annual Conferences. He attended and served as a leader participating in many seminars, preaching, and teaching the truth of the kingdom. The Lord orchestrated the divine connection of the Bell’s with Archbishop Jimmie Smith & Pastor Ruth Smith as they traveled together for international ministry and continued growth.
Bishop Bell is a 21st century pioneer. The mantle of Fatherhood rests upon him by the Spirit of God. Sons and daughters are being trained for 5-fold ministry and released into their designated assignments. He founded Kingdom Life International Ministries in 2009 which is an association of churches.
Bishop Bob N. Bell, Sr. has been in love with his wife, Pastor Debra W. Bell for over 50 years. He affectionately stated, “He’d marry her all over again.” Their lives testify to the victory Christ provided on Calvary.
Dr. Debra W. Bell is a native of Georgia. She travels extensively in ministry to evangelize, conduct conferences, revivals, and seminars. In 2004, international doors opened providing evangelistic engagements in The Bahamas and Jamaican Virgin Islands, Jerusalem Israel, and the Kenyan cities of Nairobi, Neri, and Mombasa.
Dr. Bell established and founded the Women With Rhema Ministry in the early 1980‘s. The WWR Conferences creates tremendous opportunities for females within the five-fold ministry, leadership and laity roles as a platform for their “gifts” in the Kingdom. This ministry has become a launching pad to empower female leaders to gain experience, confidence and embrace new seasons in their life. From August 2005 to 2010, Dr. Bell functioned as president, professor, and founder of the Rhema School of Ministry Bible College. The college offers eight (8) undergraduate degree programs. The first semester began with an enrollment of 27 students. The virtual Rhema School of Ministry relaunched the Fall semester in 2021.

A business professional in the community, she is the chief executive officer/owner of Bell’s Housing Concepts, Inc. This corporation is an asset to the community’s economic strength. After retiring from a prestigious career with The Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Macon Housing Authority, Dr. Bell now enjoys watching God propel her to fulfill her divine destiny.

In 1995, she received a Bachelor of Theology Degree and in ’98 a Master of Theology Degree from the Christian Life School of Theology. In June 2008, she received a Doctor of Theology from Central Christian University and Rhema School of Ministry. Dr. Bell is an active member of The National Christian Counselors Association, a Certified Temperament Counselor and Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor.

She is a dynamic evangelist, loving pastor, and phenomenal teacher. She operates with the primary motivational gift of an administrator. Her messages empower listeners. She boldly preaches the Word of God with authority. Her “Real Life Experiences from a Real Woman of God” will challenge the believer to change. Evangelist Bell’s mandate is to “equip the people of God for every aspect of life."

She is happily married to Bishop Dr. Bob N. Bell, Sr. and is co-founder of Victory Deliverance Evangelistic Church in Macon, GA. They have three daughters, one son and seven grandchildren. Their lives testify to the victory Christ provided on Calvary.
